Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

At Editlance, we work closely with each client to confirm all project details before starting any editing work. Due to the custom nature of our service and the time invested from the outset, we do not offer refunds once a project has been accepted and the deposit paid.

1. No Refunds After Deposit

All projects are reviewed and confirmed before work begins. Once the 50% deposit is paid and the project is scheduled, no refunds will be issued.

2. Revisions

Each order includes up to 4 rounds of free revisions. We encourage you to use these to ensure the final edit meets your expectations.
Additional revisions are charged at £20 per round, and must be agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Custom Orders

Refund terms for large or ongoing projects follow the same structure: once confirmed and the deposit is received, the project is non-refundable.
